Shelter 3D 2026. Former MI6 agent Michael Mason lives as a recluse on a remote Scottish island for ten years after disobeying a direct order. He rescues a young girl named Jessie from a deadly storm. He travels to the mainland for her medicine, triggering facial recognition. A corrupt MI6 faction misidentifies him as a terrorist and sends a unit to eliminate him. Mason kills them and escapes with Jessie, forcing them both on the run through Scotland. His former handler Manafort orders pursuit while Mason protects Jessie, teaching her survival skills as they evade assassins. The film culminates in a confrontation with mercenary Workman and a reckoning with Manafort in London before Mason ensures Jessie's safety and walks away.
