It's been six months since the world found out that billionaire inventor Tony Stark is the owner of the unique cyber armor of Iron Man. The public demands that Stark hand over the armor technology to the US government, but Tony does not want to divulge its secrets because he is afraid that it will fall into the wrong hands.
